Abstract

Frendi Lestari (2021). Asuhan keperawatan lansia pada Ny. Y Dengan Hipertensi di Kelurahan Pematang Reba. Karya Tulis Ilmiah Program Studi DIII Keperawatan, Jurusan Keperawatan. Politeknik Kesehatan Riau. Pembimbing (I) Ns. Alice Rosy, M.Kep (II) Ns. Nur Aulia, M.Kep Hipertensi adalah suatu kondisi dimana pembuluh darah memiliki tekanan darah tinggi (tekanan darah sistolik diatas 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik di atas 90 mmHg). Tekanan darah adalah kekuatan darah untuk melawan tekanan darah arteri ketika darah tersebut di pompa oleh jantung keseluruh tubuh semakin tinggi tekanan darah semakin keras jantung bekerja. Tujuan dari penulis ini dapat memberikan gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada lansia dengan hipertensi di Kelurahan Pematang Reba khusus nya untuk Ny.Y.. Hasil dari masalah yang ditemukan pada klien ialah nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen cedera fisiologis teratasi, gangguan pola tidur berhubungan dengan kurangnya kontrol tidur. Saran untuk penulis berikutnya, penulis dapat memberikan pelayanan dan asuhan keperawatan yang lebih baik lagi, terutama pada klien dnegan Hipertensi.
