Abstract

Abstract : The quality management system is an order that ensures the achievement of the planned objectives and quality objectives including in the nursing service. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of quality management system and head of the inpatient ward on the performance of nurses in RSUD Selasih Pangkalan Kerinci. The design of this study using SEM approach with SmartPLS with the specified sample is all nurses inpatient room is 52 people. The research instrument used questionnaire with data collection method through secondary data and primary data through interview process and field observation. The result of research shows that there is influence between variable dimension quality (R square 0,000) and role of room head (R square 0,038) to nurse performance at RSUD Selasih Pangkalan Kerinci. R Square value of nurse performance variable equal to 0,259% meaning 25,9% kienrja nurse influenced by dimension of quality and role of head of room. It is suggested to the hospital to develop the quality of service in the quality dimension namely the dimension of reliability (reliability) and empathy (empathy) in improving the performance of nurses in the inpatient ward. While for the role of the head of the room can be improved through training-related management functions.
