Abstract

Pendahuluan: TB Paru merupakan suatu penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh mycobacterium tuberculosis. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan studi kasus, asuhan keperawatan yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 01 Mei sampai 04 Mei 2024. Dengan 2 orang subyek, pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil: Setelah pengkajian didapatkan masalah keperawatan subyek 1 yaitu bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, defisit nutrisi, gangguan pola tidur dan subyek 2 Bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, pola napas tidak efektif, gangguan pola tidur. Intervensi utama pada subyek 1 dan subyek 2 adalah masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif yaitu latihan batuk efektif. Setelah dilakukan implementasi selama 3 hari dengan mengajarkan latihan batuk efektif untuk membantu mengeluarkan sputum, didapatkan hasil subyek sudah bisa melakukan Latihan batuk efektif secara mandiri Kata Kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, TB Paru, Bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif ABSTRACT Sabilus Sa'adah (2024). Nursing Care for Pulmonary TB Patients in the Yamin Room of Arifin Achmad Hospital, Prov. Riau. Scientific Writing for D-III Nursing Study Program, Department of Nursing, Health Polytechnic, Ministry of Health,Riau. Supervisor (1) Dr. Ibnu Rusdi, S.Kp., M.Kep (2) Ns. Sari Anggela, M.Kep.,Sp.Kep.A. Introduction: Pulmonary TB is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Method: The research design used was a case study approach, nursing care carried out from 01 May to 04 May 2024. With 2 subjects, data was collected using interviews, observation and physical examination. Results: After the assessment, it was found that subject 1's nursing problems were ineffective airway clearance, nutritional deficits, disturbed sleep patterns and subject 2 ineffective airway clearance, ineffective breathing patterns, disturbed sleep patterns. The main intervention in subject 1 and subject 2 was the problem of ineffective airway clearance, namely effective coughing exercises. After implementing it for 3 days by teaching effective coughing exercises to help expel sputum, the results showed that subjects were able to do effective coughing exercises independently.
