Abstract

ABSTRAK Tika Indriani (April, 2020). Asuhan Keperawatan Pneumonia Pada anak di Ruang Lili Infeksi RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Karya Tulis Ilmiah Studi Kasus, Program Studi DIII Keperawatan, Jurusan Keperawatan, Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Riau. Pembimbing (I) Hj. Rusherina, S.pd.,M,Kes (II) Kustiasih Lestari, SKM., M.Si. Pneumonia merupakan penyakit karena adanya inflamasi maupun pembengkakan di sebabkan bakteri, virus, jamur yang mengakibatkan infeksi pada saluran pernapasan dan jaringan paru, Pnuemonia merupakan radang paru yang disebabkan oleh bakteri dengan gejala panas tinggi disertai batuk berdahak, nafas cepat (frekuensi nafas > 50 kali/ menit), sesak, dan gejala lainnya (sakit kepala, gelisah, dan nafsu makan berkurang) . Tanda dan gejala dari Pneumonia adalah demam, batuk dan pilek. Tujuan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini agar penulis mampu melakukan Asuhan Pneumonia pada anak di Ruang Lili Infeksi RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus yang dilakukan pada 3 sampai dengan 5 Maret 2020. Hasil Studi Kasus ini menunjukkan bahwa An. T mengalami Pneumonia dengan 3 masalah keperawatan yaitu pola napas tidak efektif, ketidakefektifan jalan nafas, dan perubahan nutrisi. Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan masalah keperawatan pola napas efektif,ketidakefektifan jalan nafas dapat teratasi selama 3 x 24 jam sedangkan perubahan nutrisi belum teratasi karena keterbatasan waktu. Pneumonia is a disease due to inflammation or swelling caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi that cause infections of the respiratory tract and lung tissue, pneumonia is pneumonia caused by bacteria with symptoms of high heat accompanied by cough with phlegm, rapid breathing (breath frequency> 50 times / minutes), tightness, and other symptoms (headache, anxiety, and decreased appetite). Signs and symptoms of pneumonia are fever, cough and runny nose. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is that the writer is able to perform Pneumonia Care in children in the Infection Lili Room of Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital of Riau Province. The writing method used is a descriptive method in the form of case studies conducted on 3 to 5 March 2020. The results of this Case Study show that An. T has pneumonia with 3 nursing problems, which are ineffective breathing patterns, ineffectiveness of the airway, and changes in nutrition. After taking action nursing nursing problems effective breathing patterns, ineffectiveness of the airway can be overcome for 3 x 24 hours while changes in nutrition have not been resolved due to time constraints.
