PENERAPAN PEMBERIAN JUS BUAH BELIMBING TERHADAP PENURUNAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PASIEN DENGAN HIPERTENSI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PAYUNG SEKAKI

Hypertension is a disease that is often referred to as the silent killer. Hypertension is a state of increasing systolic blood pressure greater than 140 mmHg and diastolic greater than 90 mmHg. Hypertension causes various symptoms such as headaches, heaviness in the neck. dizziness , insomnia , and dizzy eyes Risk factors for someone with hypertension such as gender , family history of hypertension , obesity , socioeconomic status , and education . The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of star fruit juice lowerings blood pressure in patients with hypertension. This type of research is descriptive using qualitative research methods conducted on April 16, 2022. The subjects in this study were two patients who suffered from hypertension. The results showed that client 1 and client 2 experienced a decrease in blood pressure after consuming star fruit juice and the results of observations in the form of questions about hypertension about the conditions experienced by clients. The difference is that clients have different diets and lifestyles as well as emotions in dealing with different things.
