Penerapan Senam Osteoporosis Untuk Menurunkan Nyeri Muskuloskeletal Pada Lansia Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pekan Heran

Musculoceletal pain is pain originating from the musculoskeletal system, which consists
of bones, joints and supporting soft tissues, namely muscles, ligaments, tendons. Based on
the results of basic health research (RISKESDAS) in 2018 the prevalence of
musculoskeletal pain in Indonesia is 7.3%. The purpose of this research is to be able to
apply osteoporosis exercises to reduce the scale of musculoskeletal pain in the elderly.
This type of research is descriptive using the case study method, two subjects
experiencing musculoskeletal pain in elderly >55 years, conducted for 6 days on 18-23
May. The results showed that subjects 1 and 2 experienced a decrease in pain scale after
applying osteoporosis gymnastics. Suggestions for future researchers can conduct
research with other methods, such as involving more research subjects, so that the results
can be generalized to a wider group of subjects.
