Abstract

Prevalensi obesitas di seluruh dunia baik di negara berkembang maupun negara yang sedang berkembang telah meningkat. Sebanyak 42 juta anak secara global mengalami kegemukan 31 juta. Sedangkan untuk kelompok anak berusia 15 tahun keatas angka obesitas mencapai 19,1%. Pengetahuan ibu dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap pemenuhan gizi balita, maka dari itu penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui bagaimana “Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu Terhadap Status Gizi Lebih Pada Balita (BB/U) Di Desa Tualang Timur Perawang” Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu terhadap Status Gizi Lebih pada Balita (BB/U) di Desa Tualang Timur Perawang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Sumber data ini berasal dari hasil survey data Perencanaan Propram Gizi (PPG) pada bulan November 2019. Jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 21 orang. Analisa data secara univariat untuk menggambarkan pengetahuan ibu terhadap status gizi lebih pada balita (BB/U). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu ibu yang mempunyai pengetahuan baik sebanyak 2 orang (9,6%) dan yang mempunyai pengetahuan cukup berjumlah 7 orang (33,3%), sedangkan ibu yang mempunyai pengetahuan kurang 12 orang (57,1%).
