Abstract

Kebutuhan zat besi pada saat kehamilan meningkat. Hal ini terjadi karena saat hamil volume darah meningkat 50%, sehingga memerlukan lebih banyak zat besi untuk membentuk hemoglobin. Upaya untuk menurunkan angka anemia ibu hamil yaitu dengan pemberian tablet Fe sebanyak 90 tablet serta pemenuhan asupan gizi pada saat hamil. Kacang hijau memiliki banyak manfaat yaitu dapat memperlancar saluran percernaan dan mencegah konstipasi, berperan dalam pembetukan sel darah merah dan mencegah anemia, dan berperan dalam menjaga kesehatan tulang dan gigi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tablet Fe dengan bubur kacang hijau terhadap kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil trimester III. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Januari s/d April 2020 di Puskesmas Umban Sari. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah ekperimen semu (quasi ekperiment). Jumlah sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok, kelompok kontrol tablet Fe dan kelompok intervensi tablet Fe dengan bubur kacang hijau. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji T- independent di dapatkan nilai p=0,000 yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pemberian tablet Fe dengan bubur kacang hijau terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil trimester III. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa mengkonsumsi tablet fe bersamaan bubur kacang hijau terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil trimester III.
